We will reimburse You no later than 3 days from the day on which We delivered the Services. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the advance payment at the time of Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refunds
In order for the Services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The Order was made in the last 3 days
- The Service(s) must not be deployed at your end.
The following Services cannot be refunded:
- The supply of Services made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Services which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned.
- The supply of Services which has been done on site.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any Service(s) that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Services may be refunded. Unfortunately, Services on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
